Associate Director, Admissions & Dual Enrollement

This is a professional-level position that supports the Director in managing the day-to-day operations of admissions, recruitment, and dual enrollment. The Associate Director assists with the supervision of staff, implementation of strategic enrollment initiatives, and execution of outreach plans. This position plays a key role in supporting dual enrollment students and high school counselors through academic advising, coordination of agreements, and compliance with dual enrollment policies. The Associate Director exercises independent judgment in the coordination of programs, provides leadership in the absence of the Director, and helps develop initiatives that align with institutional enrollment goals.Assist the Director in supervising the daily functions of the Admissions and Dual Enrollment offices.
Coordinate admissions processing and communication workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Provide support in planning and executing recruitment events, dual enrollment orientations, and outreach efforts.
Serve as a liaison to local school districts, high schools, and home education networks regarding dual enrollment opportunities and requirements.
Assist in maintaining communication plans and content for the colleges website, CRM platform, and social media as it relates to prospective students.
Support development and maintenance of articulation agreements and compliance documentation for dual enrollment.
Participate in the organization and facilitation of annual articulation meetings with partner school districts.
Contribute to the development of recruitment materials and communication campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and other college departments.
Advise dual enrollment students on course selection, scheduling, and academic policies as needed.
Assist with tracking student enrollment data and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Represent the College at community events, school visits, and state meetings when needed.
Serve as acting Director in their absence.KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

Knowledge of management procedures for budgeting and record keeping. Knowledge of college policies and procedures related to dual enrollment and admissions. Skill in interpersonal relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and groups. Ability to supervise other employees. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision. Knowledge of human growth and development theory, career counseling and advising theory, differences in personalities and learning styles, and interpretation of achievement tests. Proficiency with student information systems and with programs necessary for advising and tracking students. Skill in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work well with others in a team approach; to work with faculty and outside community leaders; and to plan, organize, and attend to details.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree plus two years of experience working in higher education admissions, dual enrollment, or student services office, or a related field.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with high school or community college populations. Familiarity with Florida dual enrollment regulations and public education systems. Experience using student information systems and CRM platforms.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS:

Acceptable eyesight (with or without correction).
Acceptable hearing (with or without hearing aid).
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
Use of fingers.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Works inside in an office environment.
