POSITION AVAILABLE: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) In-person, hybrid or virtual - Worthington, MN

POSITION LOCATION: This position will be servicing the Worthington, MN school district

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Educational Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) identifies, evaluates, designs, and implements appropriate plans for students, writes IEPs, and is a member of the Child Study Team. The Educational SLP also meets with parents, interprets student progress, informs parents about their child's progress, and is available for in-services. These services will take place onsite.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of Master's Degree. CCC-SLP preferred, however, CFY is available. Need to be licensed/eligible for licensure in the State of Minnesota and also have a valid driver's license.

CONTRACT/SALARY: This full-time position begins on August 4, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year, Bachelor's degree salary range of $54,477 to $74,870. Master's salary range of $64,965 to $96,796. PhD salary range of $74,515 to $98,387. Salary depending on education, qualifications, abilities, and experience. The role includes excellent benefits. Candidates who have not previously served in a SLP position within our organization, and will be providing in-person services are eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus.
