Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: San Marcos, CA
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (7.5 hours/day, MondayFriday)
Pay: $45$60/hour (based on experience)

RCM Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across K8 and elementary school sites within San Marcos Unified School District . This is a school-based position with a supportive district team and a strong chance of renewal for next school year.

Position Details:

• Full-time or part-time opportunity (on-site only; no virtual)

• 7.5 hours per day, MondayFriday

• Assignment runs through the end of the school year, with possible extension

• Opportunity to collaborate with district staff and other providers

• Phone interview required prior to offer

Requirements:

• Active California SLP license or credential

• Prior school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
