Qualifications & Desired Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Current state SLP license or eligibility required Prior experience working with school-aged children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, highly valued Strong collaborative skills to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators Deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting neurodiverse learners Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 30-40 students in the autism program Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialized staff to integrate communication goals across settings Consult with families to maximize student success and support carryover outside of school Document all sessions, assessments, and communication per district and professional guidelines Foster a positive, engaging learning atmosphere designed to empower each student's strengths This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated SLP-CCC seeking to make significant contributions within a caring school setting.
