Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for work in schools Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Confidence working with K-12 populations across a diverse caseload Strong skills in collaboration, documentation, and individualized education program (IEP) development Excellent communication abilities with students, teachers, and families Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders within a school setting Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student needs Participate actively in IEP meetings, supporting goal setting and progress monitoring Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and parents to foster student growth Maintain thorough records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and required documentation Offer support and consultation to classroom teachers and staff regarding communication strategies This is your opportunity to make a significant difference over a full academic year in a supportive educational community.
