Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities: Evaluate and provide speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success. Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student planning. Utilize available assessment tools and materials to track student progress. Engage in monthly collaborative meetings and roundtable discussions. Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on best practices and program efficiency. Participate in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership.
