You'll collaborate with educators and families to foster communication and maximize student outcomes. Desired Experience & Qualifications: Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Demonstrated expertise working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention planning skills Ability to tailor therapy to meet students' individual educational and developmental needs Clear communication skills and professionalism in collaborating with staff, families, and administrators Experience in both healthcare and school-based SLP settings is desirable Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and specialists to integrate therapy into the classroom Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress Maintain up-to-date and compliant student records and documentation Offer education and support to families on communication strategies This contract assignment offers the opportunity to work regular school hours, supporting a consistent caseload in a vibrant school community.
