This position is flexible, accommodating both in-person and teletherapy services, and welcomes SLP professionals at all stages, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). What we're looking for: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY candidates encouraged to apply) Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school settings Comfortable providing direct and consultative services virtually and in-person Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills Collaborative spirit and passion for supporting diverse student needs What you'll do: Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop, implement, and manage individualized therapy plans (IEPs) Deliver tailored therapy sessionsonsite or remotelyto address students' unique goals Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and progress with caregivers and staff Keep timely, accurate records and contribute to student progress reports Stay engaged with ongoing professional development and best practices in school-based SLP Step into a contract position where your care and expertise make a daily difference.
