What You'll Do

Check Things Out: Assess kids' skills like writing, cutting, or sensory processing to see what they need help with.

Make a Plan: Create fun, tailored goals for students through IEPs or 504 Plans to boost their school success.

Get Hands-On: Lead therapy sessions (one-on-one or in groups) with activities to improve motor skills, self-care, or focus.

Team Up: Chat with teachers, parents, and school staff to share tips and tricks that help kids thrive.

Gear Up: Suggest cool tools like special pencils, seating, or tech to make school tasks easier.

Keep Records: Jot down progress notes and stay on top of paperwork to keep everything legit.

Share the Know-How: Teach school staff and families how to support kids' skills at school and home.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree - either a master's degree or a clinical doc

Excellent organizational skills

Adaptability and welcome change

Strong collaboration skills

Good documentation and writing skills

Great personalities and people skills
