Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that target each students specific communication goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve speech, language, and social communication skills.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure goals are met.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide coordinated support for each student.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of student goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in North Carolina.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
