We are actively seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to fill multiple full-time positions within school districts near Redmond, WA . Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, for the full school year

Caseload: Based on your preference (early intervention, elementary, middle, or high school)

Pay Range: $40.00-$56.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students to improve their access to education

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans based on student needs

Conduct evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Document therapy sessions and student progress according to district and state guidelines

Adapt and modify materials to support students' academic success

Required Qualifications for School-Based OTs: To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certification: Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington

ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification is required for school-based positions

Experience: Experience in pediatrics or school-based settings is preferred but not mandatory

Clearances: Fingerprint clearance and background checks as required by Washington state law

CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents
