Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the school year
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, with weekly guaranteed pay covering both direct and indirect services
Benefits Package: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees
Core Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, identify individual student needs, and create personalized treatment plans
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support students' communication, social, and academic skills
Provide consistent therapy sessions to students in alignment with IEP goals, adjusting techniques as necessary to ensure progress
Document student progress accurately and regularly, providing updates to families, educators, and relevant team members
Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and other therapists to create a cohesive support network for each student's educational and social success
Position Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Prior experience in a school setting is helpful but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
