We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our elementary school students. Job Description: As a Speech-Language Pathologist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students in grades 3-5 across two locations. You will have your own office in each location, allowing you to create a conducive environment for therapy sessions. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the communication needs of our students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.

Provide direct therapy services to students.

Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure in Virginia.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience working with elementary school students, particularly in grades 3-5.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple locations.
