This full-time, onsite position will run from August 12 to May 22. The SLPA will work district-wide under the supervision of a highly qualified SLP to provide speech and language therapy services to students. Responsibilities: Assist the supervising SLP in conducting speech and language screenings.
Implement treatment plans or protocols developed by the SLP.
Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to providing high-quality therapy and support.
