Full-Time With Benefits Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Chester, VT

Sunbelt is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Chester, Vermont. This full-time role starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent support in the classroom
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, documenting progress and updating goals as needed
• Provide direct therapy services, adapting strategies to meet the needs of each student
• Track and document each students progress, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Masters degree
• Vermont teaching endorsement and clinical licensure from the Vermont office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic math skills // calculate percentages, proportions, averages and basic algebra
