In this role, you will provide therapy and assessments for students with speech and language disorders. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve communication and support academic success. Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat students with speech and language disorders

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Work with school staff, parents, and community stakeholders

Provide both direct and indirect therapy services

Requirements: Active or pending Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland

ASHA certification preferred

Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required

Ability to provide direct and indirect services with guaranteed hours
