Requirements / Qualifications

Please submit:

3. Resume

4. Three (3) Current Letters of Recommendation (Dated within a year of application with wet signature, digital signature will not be accepted)

5. Detailed Copy of Valid CA Speech Language Pathologist Credential (*See below on how to obtain your detailed credential)

~If you are not currently credentialed but are in the process of completing your SLP Credential, please submit a verification letter from your program in lieu of credential.

~If you were prepared out-of-state please submit verification of CA SLP License or American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Letter.

6. Copy of Unofficial Transcripts with Masters Degree posted

1. www.ctc.ca.gov

2. Click on "Search for an Educator"

3. Enter your "Social Security Number and Birth Date"

4. Select your valid teaching credential for this position and print.

5. Upload to your application

Education and Experience:

Master's degree or higher in communicative disorders and/or speech and language pathology from an accredited institution. See attached job description for additional information.
