We're seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to support an elementary caseload in a school setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where student growth and communication success are the priority. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Deliver individual and group therapy to support articulation, comprehension, and social communication Follow and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school teams Keep thorough records of therapy sessions, student progress, and documentation for IEPs Attend team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions Ideal Candidate Will Have: A Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with AAC, PROMPT, or social communication therapy (preferred) Familiarity with school-based practices and IEP documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills CFYs are encouraged to apply supervision provided Why Join Us?
