About the Role:
As a school-based SLP, you'll be delivering essential speech and language services to students across various grade levels. From assessments to intervention and IEP collaboration, your role will be central in helping students build the communication skills they need to thriveboth academically and socially. What You'll Be Doing: Conducting evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication needs Creating customized therapy plans that meet each student's goals Delivering direct therapy in individual and small group settings Collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies in the classroom Meeting with families to provide guidance and updates on student progress Participating in IEP development and implementation What You'll Need: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Active New York state SLP licensure or certification Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong clinical skills and a passion for education are key Proficiency in documentation, assessment tools, and treatment planning Why Choose Soliant?
