We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to work with students across Alaskavirtually! If you're passionate about supporting students' development and independence, and you're comfortable delivering services remotely, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Conduct virtual assessments to understand students' motor, sensory, and daily living skill needs Create individualized therapy plans and collaborate with teachers and families Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and independence Track student progress, adjust goals as needed, and maintain clear, timely documentation Join IEP meetings to offer insights, accommodations, and recommendations Work closely with educators and caregivers through teletherapy platforms What You'll Need: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Alaska OT license (or eligibility to obtain it) Pediatric experience preferred; teletherapy experience a plus Strong clinical knowledge in sensory and motor development Reliable internet and comfort using teletherapy tools Great communication and collaboration skills What We Offer: Flexible schedule with remote work from anywhere in Alaska Competitive pay based on experience Professional development and teletherapy training Ongoing support from a virtual team of educators and therapists A chance to make a real difference for students across the state.
