Position Description This role involves serving 40-50 students across grades K-12, with particular focus on transition planning and life skills development. Working 35 hours per week, you'll have the opportunity to shape individualized educational experiences that prepare students for post-secondary success. The position emphasizes building strong partnerships with families and community resources. Student Population Overview You'll work with students diagnosed with various disabilities including intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, multiple disabilities, and significant learning challenges. Many students require intensive support in academic areas, daily living skills, and social-emotional development. Your expertise will guide students toward greater independence and self-advocacy.
