Occupational Therapist-Contracted

RSU #34 is looking for a contracted licensed Occupational Therapist. This position is 12-14 hours/week working with students K-12 for summer and K-5 during the school year.

Professional Duties
Responds to evaluation referrals for students with suspected disabilities or re-evaluation of students with identified disabilities.
Develops present level of functioning and an Individual Education Plan (IEP) with goals and objectives in conjunction with the IEP team.
Implements service delivery to assigned students based on the goals, objectives, frequency/duration, and placement as determined by the IEP team.
Maintains oral and written communication with educational personnel and parents.
Works cooperatively with educational staff to identify areas where support is needed, including adaptation strategies.

Letters of Interest are due by June 25, 2025, at 12:00 pm. The Letters of Interest should include the hourly rate and providers credentials.

This is a contracted position; benefits are not offered.
