Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Knowledge of therapeutic practices and techniques relevant to children. Redwood City, CA Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate students' occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement IEPs, setting measurable goals and objectives. Provide direct therapy services to students, tailored to their individual requirements. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
