An opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on pediatric populations. This position is located in Seguin, TX, within an engaging elementary school environment, and is aimed at supporting students for the full 2025-2026 school year.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with middle school or secondary students
- Ability to supervise Clinical Fellows (CF) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student success and effective interventions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for students requiring speech and language services.
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.
- Provide direct therapy to students on your caseload and monitor progress.
- Supervise and support CFs and SLPA in delivering effective communication strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development as required.
