This role supports a private school serving students with special needs, ages 5-22. : Full-time, school-based contract Start date: September 2, 2025 End date: June 26, 2026 Caseload: Grades K-12, ages 5-22 Therapy schedule: 45, 30-minute sessions per week School setting: Two-building private special education school Student programs: RAAVE - Autism-related communication support MOVE - Motor and communication challenges MAAVE - Combined support needs AAC modalities: PECS, direct select voice output devices, eye gaze systems Feeding concerns: Dysphagia protocols, pleasure dines, desensitization strategies Responsibilities: Daily documentation, evaluations, quarterly/annual reports, progress monitoring Supported by a multidisciplinary team and robust training process Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active New York SLP license TSSLD certification (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) ASHA CCC-SLP preferred Pediatric or school-based experience preferred Soliant Offers: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision coverage through United Healthcare 401(k) with company match Dedicated recruiter support throughout the contract Hourly Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience To apply or learn more, contact: Charles Henderson
