Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract To Hire About the Role We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team, supporting students throughout Florida. This 100% virtual position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students. With the help of our user-friendly teletherapy platform, you'll deliver personalized, high-quality speech services and collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to foster academic and social growth. What You'll Do Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language challenges. Develop and implement tailored IEPs based on each student's unique needs. Lead dynamic therapy sessionsboth individually and in small groups. Partner with teachers, parents, and school professionals to support student development. Track progress and fine-tune therapy plans to ensure effective outcomes. Contribute to IEP meetings with professional insight and clinical expertise. What You'll Need Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Florida SLP license. ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP). Preferred: Two or more years of experience in a school-based setting. Comfort and competence using virtual tools to provide services. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Tech Requirements A stable, high-speed internet connection.
