Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials is needed to provide specialized support in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position spans the full academic school year and involves working closely with students to enhance their communication abilities through individualized treatment plans and collaborative interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students. Develop and implement tailored therapy sessions to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the ASHA. Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings, preferably K-12. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies.
