Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Oxford, MI

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school setting in Oxford, MI. This role involves delivering specialized speech and language services primarily focused on a small caseload of students, including those who were previously center-based ASD students. The position runs on a contract basis from August 18, 2025, through June 5, 2026, and offers flexibility with scheduling two half days per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students. Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs, particularly supporting those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress. Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation following regulatory and district guidelines. Participate in meetings related to student progress and therapy outcomes. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, or school environments preferred. Completion or active status as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP is acceptable. Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, with particular experience in supporting ASD students. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
