We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our supportive team for the 20252026 school year in Milton, WA . This full-time, on-site role supports a K2 elementary program at a single school location. Youll work closely with educators and administrators to provide high-quality speech services, with support from a strong, collaborative district SLP team.
Key Details:Start Date: September 3, 2025
Some paid prep days may begin the week of August 25th (e.g., SPED and building retreats)
Schedule:
Paid for 7 hours/day
Duty-free, unpaid lunch break
Typical school day: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM
Occasional extended hours for IEPs/evaluation meetings (paid time)
Max: 40 hours/week
Caseload: K2 students
Location: Single elementary school site
Team Support: While this SLP will be the only one on-site, a broader SLP team is available for guidance and collaboration
Active or eligible Washington State SLP License
Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience in school-based settings preferred
No CFs at this time (must have CCCs)
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
