A dedicated school district near Lecompton, Kansas , is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists who are passionate about supporting K12 students within a collaborative, student-focused environment.

• Provide direct OT services to students in both individual and group settings

• Support students in areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation

• Develop and implement therapy goals aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and other specialists to promote student progress

• Offer training and strategies to school personnel to support inclusive learning

• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation per state and district guidelines

• Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

• Caseload: ~75 students across multiple K12 campuses
