Role Overview:
As the school OT, youll assess student needs, create customized intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support growth in fine motor, self-care, and classroom participation skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct OT evaluations and write clear, goal-oriented reports

  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services based on IEPs

  • Support classroom accessibility through accommodations and adaptive strategies

  • Address fine motor development, sensory integration, and daily functional skills

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers

  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active Ohio OT License

  • Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License for OT

  • School or pediatric experience preferred

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, onsite

  • Schedule: MondayFriday during standard school hours

  • Caseload: K12 students (assignment based on district needs)
