Setting: Onsite Only (No VOCO)

We're hiring passionate and collaborative Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 20252026 school year! This is an in-person role with opportunities to serve students across elementary, middle, or high school campuses. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a Clinical Fellow (CF), you'll be welcomed into a supportive and growth-focused speech team.

Position Highlights:

• Average caseload: ~47 students

• 3:1 model implemented district-wide (3 weeks therapy, 1 week admin/collab)

• Typically serve 2 school sites

• May include SLPA supervision (support provided)

• CF supervision and onboarding included

• SLP mentors provided to all new hires; option to extend into year 2

• Free CEU opportunities offered throughout the school year

• Built-in peer teams for every SLP

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid state SLP license and certification

• ASHA CCC or CF candidates accepted

• Must be available for full-time onsite work
