Opportunity Overview Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to students across all grade levels through our advanced virtual platform. Address diverse communication disorders including speech sound disorders, language impairments, fluency issues, and pragmatic language challenges. Create engaging digital therapy experiences that motivate students and accelerate progress. Your clinical skills will support students in developing functional communication abilities essential for classroom participation and social interaction. Work closely with educational teams to ensure therapy goals complement academic objectives and promote overall student success. Essential Functions Conduct detailed speech and language evaluations using both standardized assessments and clinical observation. Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles. Implement direct therapy services through interactive virtual sessions incorporating games, activities, and multimedia resources. Document therapy sessions and track student progress toward established goals. Collaborate with teachers to identify classroom strategies supporting communication development. Provide parent education and training to facilitate skill transfer to home environment. Participate in IEP development and review processes. Professional Requirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Current New Mexico speech language pathology license in good standing. Minimum two years of experience delivering speech therapy in school settings. Proficiency with computer technology and virtual communication platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
