Work Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time (multiple openings)
• Schedule follows the districts calendar

PT Duties:

• Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services for students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Implement and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and parents
• Maintain accurate IEP notes and documentation
• Conduct assessments and evaluations

PT Qualifications:

• Valid New York Physical Therapist License required
• School-based experience preferred
