Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with students in K-12 schools, providing essential therapy services for students with diverse physical and cognitive needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students with various physical and cognitive disabilities.
• Assess students' needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student care and achievement.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapy licensure in North Carolina.
• Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential.
