We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting serving elementary and middle school students. The ideal candidate is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to student success.

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students individually, in small groups, or classroom settings, as outlined in IEP goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and billing in accordance with district and state guidelines.

• Develop and write effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on student assessments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and progress.

• Provide training and consultation to teachers and staff on strategies to enhance student engagement and classroom participation.

• Stay current on evidence-based practices and meet all state licensing requirements.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations related to special education and speech services.

• Location: Spring Hill, KS

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Caseload: Approx. 40 students (Elementary & Middle School)

• License Requirement: Active Kansas SLP License
