Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Elbow Lake, Minnesota

A remote contract opportunity is available for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based therapy services in Minnesota. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating students from PreK through 12th grade who have speech and language disorders. The SLP will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy via teletherapy, collaborate with educators and families, and monitor student progress to help improve communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide teletherapy treatment sessions to students across various age groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address student needs
• Document progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
• Maintain compliance with school and state regulations for therapy services

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
• Minimum of 2 years school-based experience preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy technology, including webcam and internet proficiency
• Ability to pass technical screening and internet speed test
• Liability insurance coverage of at least $500,000 per occurrence/$500,000 aggregate annually

• Remote / Virtual Minnesota (serving school-based clients throughout the MN PreK-12 system)
