A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support an elementary school setting with an engaging caseload focused on pediatric students. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary school students.
- Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's communication needs.
- Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices to enhance client interaction and progress.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student communication development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, or school-based speech therapy settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus.
- Past experience with AAC devices is required.
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision or completion.
- Experience as an SLPA in healthcare environments is beneficial.
