School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Fort Payne, Alabama

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting based in Fort Payne, Alabama. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting students communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Document student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with children across the K-12 spectrum preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain detailed documentation.
