A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available onsite in Watsonville, CA, to complete the current school year under a contract arrangement. This role supports students requiring speech and language services within an educational setting, focusing on providing in-person therapy.

Key Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), or valid School SLP certification.
• Experience delivering speech and language therapy in school environments.
• Ability to collaborate with an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) assigned to support therapy services.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in service delivery methods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, onsite speech and language therapy to students through the end of the current school year.
• Collaborate with an SLPA to enhance therapy effectiveness.
• Contribute to discussions regarding service delivery methods, with an emphasis on maintaining effective in-person therapy.
• Prepare documentation and progress reports in alignment with individual student plans.
