A supportive and inclusive school district in Baltimore, MD is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join their team for the 2025-2026 school year . This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for dedicated SLPs who are passionate about supporting the communication and language development needs of K-12 students. The successful candidate will be skilled in assessments, therapy delivery, and team collaboration to help students succeed in their educational environments. Responsibilities: Provide speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student population Conduct evaluations and write thorough, data-driven reports Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid Maryland SLP License (or eligibility to obtain) issued by the Maryland Department of Health - Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification for working in public schools (or eligibility to apply) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Weekly direct deposit (W2) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Supportive and collaborative school environment Apply Now!
