Join a dedicated and diverse educational team in the Elgin/Chicago area , committed to empowering students through accessible and culturally responsive communication support. We're looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language services across various grade levels in a school-based setting.

• Conduct bilingual assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that reflect students linguistic and cultural needs.

• Deliver direct therapy services in both English and Spanish, in individual and group settings.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress and engagement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and progress monitoring.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Illinois SLP license (IDFPR) and PEL (Professional Educator License) if working in a school

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Experience in school-based settings preferred

• Strong understanding of bilingual language development and culturally responsive practices
