We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year in Niceville, FL. This school-based position serves students across K-12 grade levels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals and committed to supporting their academic success through high-quality therapy services. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Previous experience in a school setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Contract Details: Full-time or part-time opportunities available
