Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students for the 20252026 school year in Santa Maria, CA. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a collaborative team in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in accordance with their IEPs

• Conduct assessments and evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• California SLP license or eligibility

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Prior school-based experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills
