Occupational Therapist (OT) Federal Way, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week
Caseload Size: Approximately 50 students
Population: Flexible based on candidates preference (e.g., elementary, middle, or high school)

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Federal Way, WA for the 20252026 academic year. The therapist will provide services to a caseload of around 50 students, with flexibility to tailor the population based on the candidate's experience and preference.

• Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers, staff, and families

• Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and district procedures

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations as needed

• Valid Washington State OT license

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, time management, and collaboration skills
