We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team in the Palm Beach, FL Metropolitan Area. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population across various grade levels. As a Clinical Fellow, you will receive consistent supervision and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive educational setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings and assist with comprehensive evaluations
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students under supervision
• Collaborate with experienced SLPs, teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
• Document student progress and maintain appropriate records under guidance
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff conferences as appropriate
• Engage in professional development and training aligned with your CFY plan

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Florida SLP licensure and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) placement
• Provisional Florida SLP license or pending application preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively as part of a school-based team
• Passion for working with children in educational settings
