We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in the Sarasota, FL Metropolitan Area. This full-time position involves working with a diverse caseload, providing speech and language services to students across various grade levels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students overcome speech and language challenges to succeed academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and ommunication abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
Stay informed about the latest developments in speech-language pathology
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Active Florida SLP license
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
