Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in the San Francisco, CA Metropolitan Area. This school-based role offers flexible full-time opportunities working with a diverse student population. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality speech and language services and collaborate with educational teams to support student success in academic and social settings.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment data and team input
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services in individual or group settings
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students' learning and communication goals
Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Stay current with best practices and state/federal guidelines in speech-language pathology
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
Previous experience in school settings preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with IEP systems and documentation tools (e.g., SEIS or similar) is a plus
