In this role, you will assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with school staff and families to help students reach academic and social milestones. CFYs are fully supported with supervision and mentorship throughout their fellowship. Florida requires licensure through the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and certification from the Florida Department of Education. Clinical Fellows must be completing a qualifying graduate program and actively pursuing ASHA certification.
