Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in Salinas, California to hire a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position during the 2025-2026 school year . Position Highlights:

• Full-time hours (approx. 37.5 hours/week)

• Full school year commitment: August 2025 June 2026

• Elementary, middle, or high school caseload (based on your preference and experience)

• Onsite position with potential support for hybrid needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students

• Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and participate in IEP meetings

• Develop and implement IEP goals based on individual student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license (or eligible)

• ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply

• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
